There was sample code to detect multiple keyboard presses, so I tried to use it, but through myrio, "keyboardAcquire.vi was closed because an error occurred on the target while loading." A message is displayed and cannot be executed.

It works well without myrio, but what is the cause?

The myRIO is basically a separate computer running RT Linux.  It therefore does not have the keyboard connected.  It may not even contain drivers for a keyboard.
