myrio not responding - Drivers or toolkit missing

Hello All , 

i ran the My rio due to the some drivers missing it cant boot . it is missing some VI's and ctl files . i gone to NI max and thought to format the NI my rio and add software to that . But i cant . It is asking Password . So tell me some other ideas

The username is:  admin

Leave the password blank.

If you changed it, you'll need to figure that out sooner rather than later.
