myDAQ/myRIO ITAR compliance

Hello, 

I am an international student who will be traveling back home in a week and looking to take a myDAQ and a myRIO with me. Are these instruments ITAR compliant?

A User Forum (such as this one) is a strange place to ask a possibly Legal question.  It would also certainly be relevant to know the following:

• Who owns the equipment?
• From what country is it being "removed"?
• To what country is it being "transported"?
• Will it be coming back?

Have you tried contacting NI with this question?  How about your Embassy?
