move points on plot with mouse

Hi

I was wondering whether it was possible to move points on a plot/graph with the mouse.  What I basically need is to plot some points on a graph and then have the ability to move them around with the mouse

easiest way to do this is to add a bunch of cursors to the graph and style them to look like points.  No programming required
