Multiple posts about the same, from two different forum members. You are this forum member too, i guess: @aishu95

Why are you just repeating the same, way too general questions in this forum board? This forum board is for helping with LabVIEW programming, not giving very general advice about school projects / thesis ideas.

You would do a better approach to find a professor at your university who is willing to help, do search on the internet, and also asking your questions in some hardware related forum boards (for NI products:http://forums.ni.com/t5/Most-Active-Hardware-Boards/ct-p/MostActiveHardwareBoards . Try to decide what project actually wanna do, and try to give more specific questions.

EDIT: or also possible these are two students try to pick one topic from the general list they got from their professor/university?

EDIT2: since I was also once a university student, personally I would pick the alcohol sensor project topic. The calibration part of the project must be fun! 😄 Look up the following keywords in google: "Arduino alcohol probe" ...

Guys, you can find many things also here (hobby, school, etc projects ideas...): https://www.labviewmakerhub.com/

You can't go wrong with a 351 Cleveland.

No programming necessary.
