Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me which LabVIEW modules and toolkits are not compatible with LabVIEW Student Edition for the Mac?
Thanks,
James

Hi James
Most of the LabVIEW modules are not supported on the MAC OS. All except the LabVIEW Mathscript RT module require Windows.
What is it that you are wanting to do?

Rich,
Most of the toolkits are written in LV with a few .dll files. Recompiling them for the Mac should not require much effort and would be greatly appreciated by the Mac LV community.
For example (although it is not a toolkit) I have copied all the DAQmx VIs from my Windows version of LV to my Mac. Except for the nilviau.framework file, these VIs are completely written in G and load up fine in LV for the Mac. (A few DAQmx property nodes are missing or broken, also). I use this to support and develop on my Mac programs which will run on Windows. Fix that one file and DAQmx is available on the Mac!
Some of the toolkits have no obvious need to be anything other than G. The State Chart is something which really should be available on all platforms considering how important and useful state machines are to many programs.
Please work to restore platform parity!
