modbus pr300 yokogawa

Hi, I am using a communicazione modbus / TCP with PR300 yokogawa.

After some readings(3,5,6, the numbers is variable) from the d registers, the program gives me error (err 66 or err 62). Why?Regards

The error appears in TCP write in the figure ('immagine2')
