modal parameter estimation

i need to use the following VI for damping ratio estimation of experimental modal analysis:

I have FRF magnitude anb phase but i don't know how to create a          .dat file compatible with the VI

It's not entirely clear to me what VI do you refer. Are you referring to these VI's?:

Or are you using the LabVIEW System Identification Toolkit VI's?

I'm referring about the first one. Modal Parameter Extraction LabVIEW VIs.

Specifically i'm trying to use the VI that is located in the _Examples folder : Modal  Parameter Identification

Yes, I added the VI's in the function palette. 

I would like to use the example " DEMO Modal parameter identification" with other FRF data

What's the format of the FRF data?
