mems accelerometer

I didn't see anything on mems accelerometers on here. I need to code 3 mems accelerometers two 2 axis accelerometers, and one 3 axis accelerometer. If anyone could give direction that would be helpful. I haven't seen any example on mems so any help would be great! thanks in advance
