Does labview 10 support nargin and nargout command? If not, do anyone hint me on how to use other commands in replace of nargin, nargout to check number of input and output as well?

It should. Have you tried a simple test script in a MATLAB script node?
The best way to find out one way or the other would be to try it.

Davy,
I would suggest making a new thread because this one seemed to have ended four years ago. When you make a new thread please tell us what you are trying to do, why you cannot do it, what you have tried so far, and what your end goal is.
If you post this information we can hopefully tell you how to fix something you are doing wrong, or a workaround if what you want to do is not going to work.
