lot's of blue question marks after 7 to 8.5 upgrade

I've seen one other person on the forum with this problem but it was not resolved.

After upgrading a project from LV7.x to LV8.5 in my project explorer, under the dependencies for my RT controller, I have alot of large blue question marks.

They are all named after my shared variables.

Everything seems to work ok, but this is annoying.

Any ideas?
