This problem is really outside of LabVIEW and is solely between the Microsoft eMbedded Tools and Emulator. I did do a brief search on Google about it though and turned up this. It sounds like something did not install properly on your system, so the best advice is really just to do a reinstall and to be sure that you follow the proper installation order. If you're problem still isn't fixed after a reinstall, I would recommend searching Microsoft's website or even giving their tech support a call about it. They may have information on the problem that we, the public, do not.

Thank you, i disabled Norton and it installed
the proper emulator. This should be doc'ed somewhere. I appreciate all
