Please post the ACTUAL VI file. Pictures are generally a waste of time when trying to analyze LabVIEW code.

Very neat wiring job, but way, way way too big of a block diagram. Your image shows your code is at least 6 screens wide by 20 high. So much of that needs to be broken down into subVI's and loops since you have a lot of repetitive code.
What is this ADSOCX library object you are using? There are so many of them being used, I suspect that would be the source of why your PC is so slow.

dude It took a lot of time to do it . But i haven't followed pattern or template .
I just wanna know whether if i did i any proper manner i could speed up the dataacquistion and same time takes less memory.
I really couldn run another VI simultaneously. Please do give suggestions
