I think the first thing you need to do is take one of the LabVIEW tutorials. After that, you wil understand the difference between a front panel (the GUI) and a block diagram (the code).

Very neat wiring job, but way, way way too big of a block diagram.  Your image shows your code is at least 6 screens wide by 20 high.  So much of that needs to be broken down into subVI's and loops since you have a lot of repetitive code.

What is this ADSOCX library object you are using?  There are so many of them being used, I suspect that would be the source of why your PC is so slow.

dude It took a lot of time to do it . But i haven't followed pattern or template .

I just wanna know whether if i did i any proper manner i could speed up the dataacquistion and same time takes less memory.

I really couldn run another VI simultaneously. Please do give suggestions

I'm not even going to try. Instead of LOBSTER, pick something more appropriate. LEVIATHAN would be closer to that unreadable mess.
