Start at https://www.tek.com/ and search their site for your instrument model.  You will likely need to make an account on their site to access their instrument drivers and downloads.

But if you are looking for a LabVIEW driver to a Keithley instrument, it might also be on the IDnet here - http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/sn/n2:IK.keithley,ssnav:idr/
