labview interfacing with multiple Programmable equipments

i have query regarding interfacing the multiple programmable measuring equipment at a time with labview(preferrablly using usb interface).how is this multiple interfacing carried out and what would be minimum requirement of operating computer.

Which devices do you want to "interface"?
