labview FPGA compile error

i'am using labview 2017, window7, FPGA 2017, real time module and i install ISE10.1 for labview 2017 sp1 

cRIO-9024 controller, cRIO-9114 chassis

i ran FPGA compile and i get this error like blow

i check the package like this 

but the licence manager can't show the FPGA 2017 like this 

i uninstalled the FPGA 2017 sp1 and install the FPGA 2017 but the system can't recognize 

please give me some answer

i connet the cRio-9024, chassis cRio-9114 local ip network and install the ISE 10.1 

but i get this

there is xilinx 14,7 but i'm install the ISE10.1 

Xilinx14,7 is installed in FPGA and i can't uninstall the 14.7 version

and they didn't recognize the ISE10.1 

please help me

Hi,

I noticed you posted twice, the same doubt, that will not make faster to someone replies.

About your doubt:

- First always check at this page the compatibility of your hardware and the software:

https://www.ni.com/pt-br/support/documentation/compatibility/19/compatibility-between-xilinx-compila...

- Make sure the all the licenses are ok.

- Make sure that FPGA Compile Farm is running, the icon will show up in your tray.

If everything up is ok, then you reach us at forums again.

there is some problem,

1. i uninstall the FPGA sp 2017 and install FPGA 2017 and activate licenses  but the licenses manager don't show the new version 

so i'm not sure all the licenses are activated 

2. what is compile farm?? 

is this compile farm?

i installed the ISE 10.1 labview 2017 version and that did not work and i installed the labview 2012 13,4 version but that also 

3. few days ago i install the ISE10.1 labview 2015 version. becuase my school have the license.in that day, the compiler tells me "your client is latest" and i install the ISE10.1 labview 2017 sp1 from comparision from site. 

i board the my package list please check my progrem

That's correct, it should be running on the windows system tray.

i am running out of hunches. Apparently your software set is ok.

As it is a TCP connection to localhost, maybe firewall? Try disabling it then and test again.
