labview 64bit “visa resource name” didnt show gpib port, but ni-max it work well

i have a Agilent 82357b USB/GPIB converter ,my os is windows 8.1 64bit(chinese),with the Agilent IOLibSuite16.3,the USB/GPIB converter work well in labview 2013(32bit),I can read and write to gpib port with Visa5.41 in my VI program, the NI-Max “device and port” shows the GPIB ports well,Visa Interactive Control shows the ports well

but in labview 2013(64bit),the NI-Max and Visa interactive Control shows the GPIB ports also normally ,can read and write to the device。But in vi front panel, the visa resource name only list COM1 ports, refresh have no use,

what can I do about this problem?

It sounds like you installed LabVIEW 64 bit after Device Drivers.  Install Device Drivers again and check the installation to make sure support for LabVIEW 64 bit is selected
