can someone tell me how to integrate a waveform over a time range  ? I am attaching a pic of the waveform and I would like to know how to integrate the blue waveform over a t = 0 to 0.01 seconds.

Look in the Mathematcis->Integration and Differentiation palette.  There's several options for you there.
