The first two have drivers at the
Instrument Driver Network. Do a search for Agilent to find the 3478A and do a search for Fluke/Phillips to find the PM3394. There is only a single VI for the 3478A but it's a simple DMM and you shouldn't have any difficulty in using it. There are a couple of examples in the PM3394 file. Nothing on the Thurlby Thandor. Have you contacted them to see if they have either a LabVIEW or Plug and Play driver?
