Hi,
You'll need to use the New Report vi and specify Excel as your report type, insert data into the report (remember to specify the cell location), save the report with a specified filename, and finally close the report.
You can find examples for the report generation toolkit in the NI example finder (under Help/Find Examples, and check under catagory toolkits and modules).
