imaq installation

I am installing imaq to be used with a pci 1405 board.  My issue is that I have various required imaq vi's - IMAQ start.vi, IMAQ configure buffer.vi, but I am missing for example IMAQ ImageToArray.vi.  I have installed both the vision development module and the vision aquisition module, i.e. I see NI-IMAQ, NI-IMAQ IO, and NI-IMAQdx folders in my NI programs folder.  What am I missing?
