i need vi of spectrum analyzer which is getting data from DAQ

i want to know all possible option in standard spectrum analyzer have

Hmmm.. Let's see.... You don't tell us what kind of spectrum analyzer you have. You don't tell us what kind of DAQ device you have. You don't tell us what kind of data you're getting from the DAQ. You don't tell us what you mean by "display it on spectrum analyzer ourput"...

And we're supposed to help how?

Read these two app notes from Agilent to see how complicated building your own analyzer will be.  NI has dedicated cards and software to do this job.  Look at their choices in the Sound and Vibration section.  The devices are called Dynamic Signal Analyzers (DSAs).

Also check the example finder for simple VIs that generate spectra from time based signals.  Search "spectrum".
