I have no idea if the op will understand this but a few things in his post do not make any sense. First is the mention of NI-488.2 1.0. There is no such version and no NI 488 driver should be used for an Agilent controller. Drivers for the HP34970 are not at all relevent. Neither is the FlexMotion, ValueMotion, or IMAQ. Lastly, it would be really nice if the poster mentioned what solutions were tried so someone here does not recomend the same thing. Usually, by having the Agilent VISA and NI-VISA installed, you can go into MAX and enable tulip support.
