In "Find examples" you will find "Write Table to Excel", and other vi's.

Hi,
If you don't already have the report generation toolkit then you might want to check into purchasing it.  Otherwise you can use the Write to Spreadsheet VI to generate a spreadsheet file.  Do follow JohnBoy's advice by looking in the Example Finder which you can access on the LabVIEW splashscreen or by going to Help>Find Examples.

Additionnaly, if you just need to create a file that will be opened (and processed) later with Excel, you can simply create a standard ASCII (text) file and append the .xls extension to its name (instead of the usual .txt extension). This is enough to make it appear as an Excel document.
