What is a "MAX Simulator"?  Is this NI-MAX, some third-party software, or something else?  MAX usually connects to hardware, rarely to software.  What is it you are really trying to do?  Is hardware involved somehow?

yes it is a NI-max simulator. I  want to connect the NI-max simulator to my python code.
