Start by communicating with each instrument separately. You can search for third-party driver at Instrument Driver Network (IDNet)

Here are the links for your instruments. Download and extract the content to C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 20xx\instr.lib. The examples are provided.

Thank you for your reply.

I have already installed all the drivers. I have also made a LabVIEW program to integrate SMU 2400 with the lakeshore temperature controller. The only problem is our data is not coming well. It has a lot of noise, so we want to integrate Lock-in-amplifier to get smooth and noise-free data.

Why would you need a lockin?  What are you doing that requires the lockin?

The Keithley 2400 SMU has lots of settings.  Are you making use of these?

Describe what you are measuring and post your actual code if you want help.
