I'm working on a heart monitor which can measure beats per minute. I have a good signal (one peak per heart beat). The problem is I can't figure out how to find the time between peaks. Any ideas?
Try Waveform Peak Detection. You can set a threshold and a width. It wil return an an array of locations as DBL. To get the times for each peak, you would simply have to multiply by the dt of the waveform.
