how to convert a sample from labview 5.1 to labview8.0

I have a sample from the manifacture which was programmed using the labview5.1 but now I use use the labview8.05 . Can anybody help me to convert the sample from labview5.1 to labview8.05 , thanks

here you go. It's missing the ActiveX component...

Btw. you surely use LabVIEW8.5

Here it is upgraded, although it is missing some subVIs and an ActiveX control.

thanks you two , I will try another invoke and property node and see if it can do something to the instrument , by the way the attachment is the AtiveX , the extend file name .ocx is not valid in the forum , so i modified it to .docx. so you have to modify it to the .ocx

Hi alane,

we don't need this ActiveX, it has to be installed on your computer to run your vi.

Hint: next time you should just zip the file, this way it will be (most probably) smaller and will pass the forum filter
