Hi Nahed,

did you install VISA drivers with GPIB support?

Can you show a screenshot from MAX, with the full "Software" list open?

Best regards,
GerdW

You will almost certainly need both of these packages for using GPIB interface:

NI-VISA: https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-visa.html#346210

NI-488.2 (GPIB):  https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-488-2.html#345631

Hi Nahed,

please show screenshots of MAX again, for the Software tree and also for the Devices tree.

Which GPIB interface do you use?

Best regards,
GerdW
