how to build radar-styled indicator

Does anyone knows how to implement in LabView application the radar-styled
color intensity indicator?

I am confused too. As I have not stared at microwave radar screens I have two ideas what a plot would look like.

1. The plot updates by sweeping to the left then sweeping to the right.

2. The plot updates with a sweeping line that starts at a fixed point then rotates around like the path of a swinging a rock at the end of a rope.

I did find an example program entitled radar plot as a shipping example in LabVIEW 6.1. It uses a picture control to display multidimensional data with funny shaped polygons. I can't think of an easy way to display this kind of display in an intensity graph though. I could not find any example code, so you will have to write the code for manupulating the 2d arrays of intensity graphs.
