how do i programmatically change CAN baud rate,without changing the FPGA code

i have a cRIO with CAN high speed card NI 9853, I would like to change the Baudrate of one of my CAN channel withpout making any changes to myFPGA code.

so that i dont have to recompile it gaian and again.
