how can I get a continous graph of a motor count versus intensity even if the motor stops

I had a motor to rotate a mirror and the detector detects the position of spot and stop the motor if it is not equal to a particular value .The problem is that, when the motor stops the graph goes back to zero in X axiz . So how can I get a continous graph without going back to zero in X or Y axis. I'am posting the VI which I made please help me with some advice or corrected snippets
