Your problem has nothing to do with a histogram, so you should probably should start a new thread with a descriptive title.
 
The trigonometric functions in LabVIEW usually take radians as input, maybe you are assuming degrees? The online help has all the information you need.

How did you it extract the subhistogram node so as to be able to display it on a diagram?

Right click on the histogram express vi, select open front panel then select convert. The select the block diagram for the panel that you just opened.
