A specific request detailing what kind of support or help is more likely to get a rpompt and useful reply. Also, you might consider posting your question on the Machine Vision Board.

Hi,
actually you can control in your account under "Support" if your requests were registered. I would suggest that you call National Instruments or that you describe your problem here (of course, you can also do both 😉 ).
