i have missing daq assistant from my software labview as show in the figure
how can i found this icon ?

Did you install DAQmx driver?

No i just install the software
should i install it to run ?

If you want to use DAQmx VIs, you need to install it. If you do not install it, you cannot use these VIs.
Here you can see the compatibility list: https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/16/ni-daqmx-and-labview-compatibility.html
So check what LabVIEW version you have, and install the latest DAQmx driver for it. Example: if you installed LabVIEW 2017, then install DAQmx 17.1
