Hello,
I'm an MSc. student doing a project on LabVIEW with Hardware in The Loop Simulation of DC Motor. Can somebody Help me out with it?

Nope. Either pay a consultant to do your homework for you or ask your TA for help getting started.
If you get started and develop some code, but get stuck, you can come back here and we can help you get un-stuck. The key is to learn what LabVIEW can do for you with the hardware you have.
