I have a hexadecimal data.
How can I find the D15~D0 is 1 or 0?

I'm not sure what you really want to do but anyway I wrote a sample VI's to convert hexadecimal to binary. I hope this will help you. Good luck!

There is a functions called "Number to Boolean Array" (in the Boolean Functions palette) which will output a Boolean array element for each Binary bit.
