Hi Iskander,

I see you're using LabVIEW to run Google Earth. Can you elaborate more on what you mean by sending labels? Also, how are you going about running Google Earth with LabVIEW?

Also with your last comment (...Google earth and then see it's ?" what are you trying to see?

Hi Lea D.

Thanks for the answer.

I use the Google Earth.vi.

I can see the many Placemarks on the map Google Earth.

I want to set this Placemarks from  Google Earth.vi.

How do this?

Best regards

Iskander

Hi Iskander,

I'd like to test this out, but it seems like I'm missing a few VI's. Can you tell me where this VI came from so that I can get the complete thing?

As for actual placemarks, i'm not really sure if you'd be able to do that or not since you would have to put a coordinate into LabVIEW and LabVIEW use the map to find the actual location. Then you'd have to program the icon that you'd want to place there.

Hi Iskander,

Thank you for attaching your .llb. I see from your map.png that you're actually viewing this all from within google earth. You can send data over to your google earth; however, I'm not sure how google calls their place mark setting dialog box. Aka, I'm not sure how you pull that window (the one in your picture) up programmatically in google.

I can really only help you on the LabVIEW side. You can send your coordinates out I believe exactly how you got them in. You have a VI called get co-ords and an output is data. This data you have as a control.

Hope this helps a bit further.
