I'm trying to download the giga_labview.llb file from http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/3625#toc1 but I get a connection time out error. Is there any other safe place to download from?

I want to learn how to handle large files and how to display large data sets...

The NI site was undergoing maintenance yet again this weekend (frankly, it seems like a monthly occurrence). So, that's probably why you were having problems downloading it. I had no problems downloading it this morning, so just try again - it should work.
