Hi I am trying to use a g USBamp with Labview 2011 and have all the drivers installed (as suggested from g tec) but MAX doesn't seem to recognize it. It is a USB. Any suggestions?

MAX is not supposed to recognize anything except NI hardware, USB-RS232, or USBTMC devices. I know it's not NI and I doubt it is USBTMC. So, unless it is a virtual serial port, forget about MAX. If the driver has some documentation, attach that if you want some help in using the hardware.
