Dear sir

        I have did a program for serial communication with embedded system in which i have to display two front panel for this single operation . and i have to display the message in one front panel and display parameter (like baud rate, com1, start bit , stop bit ,etc)in another front panel. if i change the parameter all should change .

Hi,

There are many ways to get the solution.

1. In your configuration panel make one configuration file. That file you can read in other panel. If you got any change in your file you can stop your acquisition and configure your system with new settings and start acquisition.

2. In your configuration panel you can make a configuration cluster. You can share this cluster with your second panel by using any communication mode. If your cluster value change you can stop your acquisition and restart you acquisition with new configurations.

Basically you have to pass the parameter from one VI to another VI and check the parameters on real time, to transfer the setting there many ways.

Its up to you that you feel comfortable with which mode.
