frequency analysis of time varying data

Thanks, I am studying Wavelet transformation after posting my concerns.

I see the conventional Fourier transformation,

Yes, the example is the noise from the power line, not real data in impulsing.

The number of sample is and will be enough in this example and other real measurement.

But still want to know the practical analysis of Wavelet.

Maybe, I have to use discrete Wavelet method (higher leveled) for analysis at low frequency with high sampling rate data.

Am I righ?

I will Like to know how to obtain the velocity of a doppler signal using wavelets transforms. is there an example or a similar solution out there.
