Can I use matlab code written in mathscript (on labview) and burn it into hardware such as an FPGA in a CompactRIO.

Currently you can only use MatLab code in Mathscript nodes on the Real Time Controller or in LabVIEW Windows. You cannot use it directly on the FPGA.
