Hi, I am having difficulty using the remote compile feature of the FPGA (8.6) software. I am able to successfully connect my host machine, to a remote machine and perform the FPGA compilation on remote machine okay. However, when I try to 'Disconnect' ,the remote machine kills the compile process. I know back in 7.0 i had this working, but that was years ago, and now its no go. Must be a VI-Server/access setup of some sort, any ideas?
Thanks,Bob

a few questions
What version are your FPGA (and RT) module, what version on NI RIO are you using?
What is you FPGA target, how do you have it connected?
Are you able to compile the FPGA on your host machine?
Will the FPGA compile if you do not disconnect?
Once I know these things we will be able to troubleshoot farther.
