99/100 my software outputs a custom waveform correctly.... but recently I had an output that looked like a clockpulse instead of my pulse train??  Any idea what would cause this to happen? 

 

This is code running nonstop and the pulse train being loaded is a constant value....

Also, relevant this is going through a 9475 module....
