fourier time delay

Hi,

Something to ask regarding time delay. http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&message.id=218282&query.id=196061#M218282 i actually posted the same question but seems that after i replied to the thread, the thread was closed.

Can anyone help me with this issue? I'm using a waveform to generate the output. I used a sine wave as an example.

Basically, my objective is to prove that the 2 waveforms generated are the same, but using different methods. as mentioned in the earlier post, the function is to get exp(-sL) x FT of the signal and the output should be the same if I were to use the time delay icon.vi

I really need someone to help me urgently as I'm left with a few days to submit my project. Please....
