fingerprint reader

Has anyone has experience with a fingerprint reader integrated in a LabVIEW application. I am currently working on an application which does the User authenthication through regular user name and password fields but new requirements are going in the direction of integrating USB fingerprint recognition (readers made by Digital Persona) in the LabVIEW application..

Does anyone have an idea in this direction???

I don’t know if you have checked the next link (http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&message.id=245280&requireLogin=False), there you can find some information about your issue. Basically, you need to use ActiveX, but I recommend you that you visit DigitalPersona's site.
