feature extraction technique for wavelet transform

Hi everybody, i need some advice due to my newbie of this labview software. May i know labview software able to simulate the wavelet transform ( for discret & continous) by using feature extraction technique? As far as i see other's ppl tread, there are just posting for the wavelt transform without mention any feature extration technique. If labview able to use, may i know how it can be done? T

Hi jex,

In order to do wavelet transform, you need to have the Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit (https://www.ni.com/en/shop/labview/select-edition.html) installed in LabVIEW. Then you will find a broad spectrum of wavelet analysis VIs for both continuous and discrete signals, as well as feature extraction under Functions Palette>>Addons>>Wavelet Analysis, or Functions Palette>>Signal Processing>>Wavelet Analysis, depending on the version of LabVIEW that you have.
