fatal "panelsup.cpp" error after ctrl-Z

Labview 7.1 crashes after using ctrl-Z to undo a front panel action (e.g. changing the numeric value of a control). The error window says:
Fatal Internal Error : "panelsup.cpp", line 134
LabVIEW version 7.1

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Surfhippo,

Are this crash frequently, or just one time ?

If it's frequently, are the error on the same VI, or you have this problem with all VI you use ?

Have you try to uninstall LabVIEW and ma a new installation ?

The crash is consistent, and the bug is reproducable on another machine, so I am hesitating to try a LabVIEW reinstall.

Enclosed is a test vi that reproduces the bug. For the moment, it appears (at least) that using ctl-Z to undo a change in either the numeric value of Default Offline Bridge (Mohms), or the boolean Disabled/Enabled (that is next to the former), will crash the system.

Bonjour,

Effectively, with LabVIEW 7.1 when i run your application, make a change on the front panel (the boolean Disabled/Enabled ), and after a ctrl-Z, i have the crash, with the error : Fatal Internal Error : "panelsup.cpp", line 134.

This error is corrected in LabVIEW 8.0 (and after : 8.01, 8.2).

Best regards,
