Thank you for posting to the NI forums.
Why are you creating so many Digital Output tasks for the same port? I would recommend consolidating those tasks into one.
Also, try using just the Clear Task.vi instead of both that and the Stop Task.vi. Usually this error occurs when using the Clear Task.vi, so if that doesn’t work, try using just the Stop Task.vi.
